What makes me different is that I listen carefully and read between the lines, uncovering what might really be going on underneath.

I feel that what my clients take away from the therapy experience is  a deepened awareness of who they are (values, strengths, growth areas, blindspots) and how this drives their day-to-day choices and reactions; and  increased self-acceptance of all that they are.
